8 Steps to a GREAT Dream_Trip!

1. Sign up is a breeze.  Simply pick your Dream_Trip and click "Book this_Trip". (FYI - if upgrades are available, be sure you book right away.  We waited and all of the upgrade options were sold out.)

2.  You will immediately receive an e-mail stating that your Dream_Trips_reservation has been submitted (not confirmed yet).  This e-mail provides a booking ID # and contact information for the Dream_Trip Agent (usually Larry Woodward, who is awesome!)

3. Within the next week you will receive an official confirmation of your_trip along with information about the destination_airport  (if air is not included) and a contact at Rovia if you need assistance in booking your air.

4.  One important instruction to note is that if you book your air on your own (ex. we used frequent flyer miles) you MUST let the Dream_Trip agent know that information in order to assure you get the transfer from the air_port that is included with the_trip.

5.  About 3 weeks prior to your_trip, a Dream_Trip coordinator will send you a "Let's get excited, your_trip is just around the corner" type e-mail. It will include an attachment of the Etiquette Agreement that must be signed by all participants.  Basically this means you won't ruin someone else's_trip by discussing the price and/or, you won't prospect while on the_trip.  These agreements must be signed and faxed back to the company.  (This can be done at a local mail store for about $1 each.)

6.  Soon after you'll receive a packet of information specifically about the destination, including local attractions, activities and excursions along with websites to obtain your additional details.  We also each received a $15.00 gift certificate for Rovia merchandise!
 
7. When your_trip is one week away, the Dream_Trip coordinator will send you another e-mail introducing you to your on-site_trip Concierge (if it applies), the welcome desk hours he/she will be present, Dream_Trip Cocktail_Party and group picture info and notification that your trip_documents have been sent UPS.

8.  If you're packed.....then you're ready to go!
 
I have been SO impressed with this whole process.  Everyone in the Dream_Trips department has been very accessible and always timely with their responses.  Can't wait to experience this and share it with you when we return from Jamaica!
